Your
strength-training program will be custom designed just for you.
After we assess your limitations, we then determine your goals.
Are they specific to competition, self-defense or just getting
in great shape?
In any case, we want results!
Each program includes:

private sessions

evaluation and phase 2 outline

Conditioning
We
don't know anyone who actually likes doing cardio. So we give
you the most bang for your buck. How much do you really need to
do? How much do your classes count? What recreational activities
